6:00 pm – 7:00 Guest Arrivals / Guest Check-In /Cabin Assignment

7:00 – 7:45 Wood Cookie Activity and Informal Gathering

7:45 – 10:00 Welcome and CORE Sponsor Party

Saturday, October 21st

7:00 am – 7:30 am – Polar Bear Dip (optional!)

8:00 – 9:00  –  Announcements & Breakfast

9:15 – 10:00 – Concurrent Workshops – Meditation / Yoga

10:30 – 12:00 – Keynote Full Group Workshop (brought to you by Beyond the Classroom)

Lunch 12:00 – 1:00

1:15 – 2:15 – Recess!!!  Wanakita Activities – High Ropes/Archery/Canoeing/Core Craft

2:15 – 2:45 – Personal Time & Snack

2:45– 4:00 – Choice of 1 of 6 Concurrent Workshops: 3 Focused on Personal Mind, Body and Spirit and 3 Focused on Business Mind, Body and Spirit.

4:15 – 5:00 – Coaches Corner OR personal down time

5:30 – Dinner

6:30 – Cabin Competition

7:00 – Shopping

8:00 pm- Campfire

Sunday, October 22nd

7:00 am – 7:30 am – Polar Bear Dip/ Relax

8:00 – 9:00 – Announcements & Breakfast

9:15 – 10:45– Choice of 1 of 2 Concurrent Workshops

10:45– 11:30– Pack up and clean cabin

11:30- 12:00 – Closing Meditation Ceremony

12:00 – 12:45 – Final Meal Together – Lunch

1:00  – Departure
